Warranty: WOW TOO units include a 1-year warranty when purchased directly from Nellie’s or an authorized reseller.

Fill the internal solution tank with water and a compatible floor-cleaning solution according to the instructions in the user manual. For best results, pair with Nellie’s Floor Care. Attach the Scrub Pad to the front and the Polish Pad to the back of the mop base. Turn on the WOW TOO and allow the self-propelled scrubbing action to help move the mop across the floor. Use the spray function as needed to dispense cleaning solution ahead of the pads. Use the telescopic handle to adjust the mop to a comfortable height. The LED light helps illuminate the cleaning area. After use, empty remaining solution from the tank as recommended in the user manual. Pad Care: Scrub & Polish Pads can be washed 100+ times. Machine wash and air dry. Do not use fabric softener. Recharge the battery after use as needed. The battery is removable and replaceable. Always follow your flooring manufacturer’s cleaning and care instructions before using any cleaning product or powered mop.
