WOW Mop & WOW TOO Warranty

Nellie's WOW Mop and WOW TOO make cleaning your floors - dare we say it - enjoyable. 

We want you to feel great about your purchase, so both the Nellie's WOW Mop & WOW TOO come with a two-year replacement warranty. 

To make sure your warranty stays intact, here are some important tips to follow! 

1. Always purchase through Nellie's website or an authorized re-seller. If you aren't sure if a seller is authorized, send us a message, and we'll be happy to help you navigate. 

2. Only use the charger that comes with your WOW Mop or WOW TOO (each mop has a different version!). 

3. Do not use any other product's charger. Although they may fit in your mop and look the same, not all chargers have the same voltage. We recommend labelling your Nellie's mop charger!

4. Never use vinegar in your Nellie's mops. The use of vinegar will make your warranty null and void. Vinegar (while being a great natural cleaner) is corrosive, even in weak solutions. 

5. Avoid solutions that contain oils or waxes. 

6. Do not use hard water in your mop, the minerals will cause build-up, which can cause clogging of your sprayer. 

7. We recommend using Nellie's planet-friendly Floor Care (specifically designed for the WOW Mop and WOW TOO). If using another favourite cleaner, make sure it is a neutral PH (anything above a 7).
